· Do your best employees’ choosing any path, any other competitor's path but yours?
It’s not just turnover—it’s a signal that your value proposition as an employer is broken.
· Do you want to boost your business’ reputation in the market while increasing your profitability in parallel?
· Do you need to get real feedback from your departments – Not only from your management team
· Or do you want to boost teamwork, motivation and collaboration in your company – leading to higher productivity and new opportunities
Any of these sounds familiar in your organization?
Or you claim to be one of the best employers and your team nod along, even when their experience says otherwise? Then disruptive alignment might be the right solution for you.
It is not stirring the pot — On the contrary it is encouraging clarity and transparency, asking questions, exposing weaknesses (technical and/or managerial) and fear based toxic culture. It is activating suppressed tensions, which will eventually lead to stronger teams when performed in safe environment under supervision.
It's disruptive alignment. Without disrupting your production line.
It is not coaching or consultancy. A better penetrating alternative.
Disruption - again not creating conflict or causing trouble - often opens communication where there is none. People start talking. Not always nicely, not always comfortably — but finally, honestly. I’ve come to call this Disruptive A-lion-ment.
🧠 Disruption Alone Isn’t Enough
Anyone can create disruption.
But then what?
Real alignment doesn’t happen through chaos only. It happens when disruption is backed by vision, talent, intelligence, problem-solving and creativity — it is a combination of showing what is/are not working (not who and never focusing on finding scapegoats instead of solutions), defining the road map for resolution and supporting the cause.
This is the core of Disruptive A-Lion-Ment: A lion comes into play and the oxen herds gather (with a nuance);
Not by pressure or fear, but direction.
Not by discomfort, but example.
Not by friction, but fuel.
Not by pointing finger, but supporting
People today are already dealing with fear, uncertainty, and pressure due to the unpredictable global economy — they don’t need more stress added on top, on contrary they need job security and piece of mind and of course they need some fun at work. Yes, believe or not some companies have these all.
Anyway, you can’t move an organization forward and give your employees the life they envision by some old fashion power games. You move it by showing what future actually looks like — by clarity, purpose, and aligned action.
Disruptive alignment uses clarity, human intelligence, expose organizational blind spots, and activate the suppressed tensions holding teams back.
This isn’t soft-skills team building. It’s disruptive alignment — a direct, often uncomfortable approach that breaks through passive dysfunction and surface-level harmony.
The result? Real alignment, collaboration, challenge, fun — because your teams finally understand, respect and trust each other more. From that, companies get:
· Constructive brainstorming that leads to real outcomes;
increased revenue & profit margin
· Faster innovation driven by truth, not politics
· Improved psychological health, motivated employees
· Safer environments, where people speak up without fear of invisible consequences
· A stronger company reputation, inside and outside the company, as a place where people can learn, improve, do the best work of their careers, attract talents
